Children under 6 are FREE. Deposit of
one night’s rental is required to confirm reservations for stays of 5 nights or
less, 2 nights deposits for reservations of 6 nights or more. Balance is due upon
arrival,, no checks please. To avoid forfeiting your deposit notify us 14 days
prior to your arrival date and your deposit will be refunded less a 25% service
charge. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival are nonrefundable.
No refunds for early departure. Rates do not include state or local taxes. Sorry,
no pets. Misrepresentation voids reservation. *June 30 to Sept. 3 there is a 3
night minimum for all reservations. *3 night minimum on holidays and special event
weekends. |
