30% deposit is required for all reservations per unit. All rental balances must
be paid 30 days prior to arrival. Rental Balances may be paid by check or Credit
Card. Visa and Master Card are accepted. |
| CANCELLATION

notification 30 days or more prior to check in date - all deposit monies, less
the administration fee, shall be returned to the tenant. |

notifcation 10 - 29 days prior to check-in date - 50% of deposit monies, less
the administration fee, shall be returned to the tenant. |

notification 0 - 9 days prior to check-in - no deposit monies are returned. |
